[rsnapshot-discuss] Hourly->Daily->Monthly->3 Monthly backup plan

Hi,

I'm currently running rsnapshot-1.4.1, with the following config:

rsnapshot.conf:

retain alpha 13
retain beta 7
retain gamma 4
retain delta 3

cron:
00 09-21 * * * root /usr/local/bin/rsnapshot alpha
00 00 * * * root /usr/local/bin/rsnapshot beta
00 03 * * 1 root /usr/local/bin/rsnapshot gamma
00 04 1 * * root /usr/local/bin/rsnapshot delta

What I'm trying to do is have an hourly backup between the hour 0900 - 2100, a daily, a weekly and monthly. This seems to be working a OK for the time being.

What I have notice with the logs is :
[2015-10-27T00:00:02] mv /mnt/nfs/NewLinuxBackup/alpha.12/ /mnt/nfs/NewLinuxBackup/beta.0/

This is moving the last hourly backup to the daily, I would like the newest hourly (alpha.0) to become the daily.

Is this possible?
